abstract self portrait
I'm very new to nodebox and i just can't make my selfportrait work. It's an assignment for school and im truey struggeling with it. i have vectorized my image and ungrouped the shapes, and then i just get stuck. I tried a few things but it just wont do what i want it to do, most likely my fault but it just makes it more stressful. i looked trough the forums and different tutorials here but i still hit a bump somewhere.Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ela,
Sorry you're having trouble. This sometimes happens when you are first starting out; it's usually something fairly simple getting in your way.
You didn't say if you were able to see anything in the render pane when you ungrouped your shapes. On thing you can try is using a slice node to look at them one at a time and then pass the slice output into a colorize node to make sure the shapes are drawn in colors you can see.
In order for me to help you, could you please reply and attach a zipped copy of a folder containing your ndbx file and your SVG file? That way I can load it up myself and see what's going on.
I look forward to hearing from you soon!
John
