Update Instalation Instructions for Linux
Hello,
I was having trouble running NodeBox on Zorin, after reading some posts around here I was able to install it.
My problems were in the JDK suggested by the installation instructions that version 7 however I found in GitHub Actions that the tests being done in version 11.
I installed version 11 and managed to run NodeBox using the ant run command.
Would it be possible to update the instruction information to a more current version of the JDK?

I was going to suggest that if you changed the 7 to an 11 in the GitHub doc, maybe Frederik could simply grant your pull request.
But I think Frederik could do this himself in less time than it would take to muck around with emails and instructions to the rest of us. Could be a 30-second fix.
