Cannot create pystring with non-byte value

Hi, I'm a student learning nodebox in class.
While following this tutorial (https://www.nodebox.net/node/documentation/tutorial/getting-started.html),
a messege poped out and none of my node worked.

"Cannot create PyString with non-byte balue"

I attached my screenshot below.
Is there any way I can solve this?

   Hi B,

   Sorry for the delay. Your post somehow wound up in our spam folder.

   I see nothing wrong with the screenshot you attached. If you are still there, could you please reply to this note and attach a zipped version of your NodeBox file?

   Also please let me know what version of NodeBox you are using.

   Hi John,

   I asked my professor about it and he told me to re-install it, which I
   followed and eventually it just worked.
   I think it had some problem while installing it.
