Outputing data to txt

hello,

i am trying to make my first visualisation/animation :))
i have xml with data and everything is working nice,
(only takes some time to figure out) and i am no programmer and i lack some animation tools

so my question is:
would it be possible to make node or something that will export some processed portions of data to txt or whatever
like animation per frame of only alpha or only scale.
that could be used in after effects?

   Great idea! It would make total sense to have a way to export other kinds of data besides visual output.

   What format would you like it in? CSV? JSON?

   I know that ae(after effects) is good with xml (but xml is like txt), and it can import xml files like from final cut and etc.
   and you can copy paste keyframes directly into ae.

   because it is nice to process data with nodebox, but if i want to make camera animation and etc. it would be handy to have not image but data inside ae.

   when i copy paste keyframes from ae it looks like:

   Units Per Second    25
   Source Width    1920
   Source Height   1080
   Source Pixel Aspect Ratio   1
   Comp Pixel Aspect Ratio 1
   

   Transform Opacity

   i attach my test, if i could figure out how to get data into after effects i will take this project

   I'm interested in the same thing, would be very happy to export nodebox to after effects.

   Me too! I want to export CSV for various other purposes, including creating CSV files for import into other NodeBox networks.

   Any chance of seeing this in the next desktop update?
