compound & colorize conflict?
Hello,
I'm trying to "cut" a coloured pattern with a text shape, playing with a compound node (intersect) that has as input a textfield and a clorize node. The single nodes work fine, but the compound shows only a black text, overriding the colorize. Am I wronging something?
best,
matteo

Yes, compound currently "flattens" the image. This is annoying. As far as I remember, the colors will not be remembered, so you should color the shapes after the intersection, if possible. Since the order of the intersected shapes is kept intact, this might be a solution.
Other than that I don't really know if there's a workaround. Depending on the problem, you could use a subnetwork to intersect each element of your path, and then group them back together afterwards.
