Nodebox to create more "mundane" graphics
I really enjoy nodebox for creating innovative design led graphics. For my more boring bar charts etc. I tended to use matplotlib (the python library). Now I am exploring node box as place to also make my bar charts and the like.
Here is an example...
Anyone have any thoughts on this type of work??

"The right tool for the right job" — if you're looking for standard plots, you're probably faster with matplotlib or Excel. If you're looking to do something completely custom, NodeBox is a good candidate.
But don't let that stop you from using NodeBox for everything :-)
Best,
