Using Nodebox for molecular science visualisation
Making good use of your software and would like to share. I'm
working in molecular biology and have used Nodebox to create
representations of the amino acid sequence of genes (amongst other
things). I've posted a project, dataset and some of my work
here:
www.timholmes.com/biodata.html
There's also a potted review of the program. Nodebox is a great
tool for visualizing science data and I'm enjoying using it.
Thanks!

Thanks for the link and the review. Some of the critique around text handling, scales and legends is very justified and we should think on how we can improve that.
I noticed that the link to the NodeBox website doesn't work though (it goes to http://www.timholmes.com/www.nodebox.org). And we normally use the
nodebox.net
domain, not the.org
.Thanks again!
Best,
Frederik
