Acre of Cars

Someone on Quora asked me for ways of visualizing how big an acre is. I said "What about an acre of cars?" and used NodeBox to come up with a quick infographic.

The network is pretty straightforward. The only mildly interesting touch is turning a single public domain car SVG into multiple color variations by ungrouping and separating the colored bits from the non-color bits (e.g. windshields). NodeBox allowed me to play with myriad variations of car layouts, packing density, and column/row dimensions. My goal was to make the math come out as cleanly as possible.
