If you have just created a subnetwork by accident, you can use the undo function to ungroup it. But other than that there is no ungroup function for subnetworks.

It is easy to do this yourself, though. Just open the subnetwork, select all the nodes, copy them, return to the main level, and paste.

A tip: subnetworks are not just a way to group nodes. In fact, sometimes grouping a set of nodes into a subnetwork will change their behavior.

The main purpose for subnetworks is to coordinate inputs to a function. Sometimes you need to pull in some values one at a time while others are takien in all at once. In such cases, creating a subnetwork is the only way to accomplish this. You can search this forum for “subnetwork” to see examples and discussion about this.

Please don’t hesitate to ask questions if you get stuck. Welcome to the NodeBox community!
