<p>Here is my take. I show the top and bottom faces and then I
rotate the circle controlling the bottom face while also varying
its speed relative to the top face. You can adjust the three
multiply values at the top to vary top speed, bottom speed, and
rotation to achieve different effects. My settings cause the
animation to perfectly repeat every 1000 frames so you can create a
looping animation.</p>
